Welcoming Spring

Spring

It's FINALLY starting to feel like spring in Seattle!  After a very long rainy season, it feels so nice to have multiple days of sunshine (and vitamin D).  And with this change of temperature, comes a change of wardrobe.

I would classify my style as classic; therefore, I am usually wearing variations of white, black, and/or gray.  But I do love to add pops of color and current trends.  In this case, I added some color with my blue velvet boots and yellow earrings!  And you will soon come to learn that I am obsessed with denim (Hi, my name is Lesley and I am a denim addict)!  But really, I can't get enough.  So right now, I am loving the new denim trends:  Raw hems, vintage-inspired styles, crop flares, high waists, etc.  If you're wanting to change up your look, it's as easy as changing your denim.  Of course you can never go wrong with a good skinny jean (I believe that will never go out of style), but change it up this season with some of these new trends!  I promise you won't regret it!  :)

Since it is starting to feel like spring, we decided to take a trip to the University of Washington's campus to see the cherry blossoms.  And we brought the pups along with us!  Unfortunately, most of the cherry blossoms were already dying, but there were a few that were still in full bloom and absolutely beautiful.  Not to mention, the campus itself is pretty incredible and the dogs loved every second of it!
