Today I have to take you guys back to last October, and trust me, it's so worth it! Andrew and I went to the Yves Saint Laurent: The Perfection of Style event at the SAM museum (and yes, it was perfection!). The exhibit featured over 100 pieces of haute couture garments, accessories, drawings, photographs, etc. It was one of the best museum exhibits that I've been to - especially right here in my own city! Because it was just that good, I had to share some of my favorite images and looks with you!

Yves Saint Laurent was a revolutionary for his time and is a legend in the fashion world! His designs are still so relevant today and the true definition of timeless. He introduced menswear inspired garments flawlessly and effortlessly into the lives of women. It is so important to me to go to events like this and learn more about the history of fashion. Not to mention it fuels my inspiration for my own personal style!
